Mayor Launches Climate Change Task Force

CISC Director Bill Solecki is Co-Chair

Just this morning, Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced the creation of the Climate Change Adaptation Task Force and the New York City Panel on Climate Change. These new groups are charged with developing adaptation strategies to "secure the City's infrastructure from the effects of climate change."
